Caring for your feet
Your feet are sophisticated mechanisms, containing 126 muscles and ligaments, 33 joints and over a quarter of all the bones in your body.
Most people ignore their feet…
We force them into shoes designed for an average size foot and pound them against concrete all day…
By the age of forty, our feet will have carried us roughly 60,000 miles, or twice around the world.
Yet still we expect more, with on average at least another 40,000 miles to go…
Problems occur consequently…
Aches, pains, falling arches, heel pain, soreness, bunions, calluses, lower back pain, foot-cramps, poor posture, ulcerations, swollen ankles, tendonitis…the list of daily ailments is endless and effects everyone.
Service your feet with Foot care
Foot Care Services offer tailored insoles (known as orthotics) designed to fit the exact contours of each foot.
Utilising ‘state of the art’ gait analysis and digital scanning equipment – Foot Care Services will be able (if required) to supply ‘full contact’ (soft) orthoses or direct milled (hard) functional orthoses, to correct any dysfunction that is causing the pain and discomfort. Thus ensuring every foot is provided with the best comfort and support available anywhere in the world today.
Therefore leaving all feet re-energised and re-freshed. With the added protection from further potential serious complaints.
Using Foot Care Services
Orthoses are suitable for a wide variety of shoes and can be inserted into which ever shoes are being worn. The device is produced from special medical-grade synthetic rubber or polypropylene, designed to retain their memory for at least 3 years.

Sports
With a background in elite sport since 1992, Foot Care Services will also advise alternatives to medical devices and discuss programs of health and fitness to minimise the lower limb pain.
Our customised insoles/orthotics can help you perform better, whether you’re into running, football, tennis, golf, squash or skiing.
Orthoses can provide greatly increased comfort, better balance and poise, less pain and protection from injury. Foot Care Services can also advise on the sports footwear best suited to the shape and condition of your feet.
Children
Although the foot of a newborn child has only one bone, by school age a child's foot contains 45 separate bone centres, which gradually grow and fuse together until they are fully ossified around the age of eighteen.
This is why caring for children’s feet early is essential, ensuring that they wear shoes that are correctly fitted and provide maximum support.
