Smith Global, formerly called Jim Smith Sales, Inc., was founded in 1982 by Jim and Joy Smith and is headquartered in Laurie, MO.

Joy Smith, one of the founders, serves as President of the company and handles payables, payroll and many other daily activities.

Christy Smith Finley, daughter of Jim and Joy, has worked for the company now for 20 years. She is Vice-President, and graphic artist for the company as well as responsible for designing and upkeep of the websites.

Kyle Smith is Executive Vice-President, and Director of Sales. He has been with the company for 13 years and in charge of SG sales force and customer service.

Ted Nachbar, is SG's Warehouse Manager. Ted has been with the company for 12 years, and as well as shipping and receiving, handles all of the companys purchasing.

Cindy Posey, is SG's Accounts Receivables Manager and has been with the company for 10 years. She is also a customer service representative, handles SG accounts receivables and helps Joy with tax information.

Steve Smith, is Director of Technical Services, and has been with the company 9 years. He brings 20+ years of practice as a prosthetist to the staff and handles all technical issues with SG products as well as training courses on SG products.
